Facilitation is like mediation for larger groups. The facilitator helps the group(s) communicate, determine common goals and resolve conflict. Facilitation works well in employment situations, but could also be used with Home Owners Associations, schools, nonprofit organizations, among other groups that are experiencing conflict.
