Family Law Mediation –  Mediation should be the first step for people involved in a family law dispute in Arizona.  Mediation is the fast, fair and cost effective method to settle a divorce, legal separation, paternity action, modification action (child support, custody or parental access), domestic partnership dissolution or any other case type.

Employment and Business Mediation – Businesses can reduce litigation and employee turnover by addressing disputes through mediation.  In this economy, businesses cannot afford expensive and public litigation.  Businesses around the world are already using mediation instead of litigation, and reaping the financial benefit.

Arbitration – Arbitration is a means to resolve a dispute out of court.  However, unlike mediation, the parties agree to let the arbitrator issue a ruling, which the parties can agree is binding.  Some parties start with mediation and then ask the mediator to convert his/her role from a neutral to a decision maker and arbitrate the dispute.  This process is sometimes calls “Med-Arb”.

Facilitation– Facilitation is like mediation, but for large groups.  When a group or multiple groups cannot work together, businesses suffer.    The role of the facilitator is to help the group communicate and work together to resolve conflicts.
